My first introduction to NSD Rena Tarbet was at one of my first MK Seminars in Toronto Canada in the 1980's. I am still a consultant and considered a pioneer here. I have your recruiting tape from back then and still listen to it periodically. I have frequently used the analogy (and I paraphrase here): 'You're bathtub doesn't have a plug in it, they are free to come and go so you must make sure more water (recruits) are coming in than what is going down the drain.'
